  • What should I know before placing an order?
    We strive to indicate the production time prior to shipping (i.e. Ships in # of days). This time calculated in business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery time indicates the time it will take the product to travel to your mailing address. Delivery time is independent of the production time. It is important for you to consider both production and delivery times when placing your order. If you have a deadline for the arrival of your Urban Proph3t gear, please plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time! Each of our products time may have different production & delivery times, thus they may be shipped separately.
  • Will I get an e-mail with my order details?
    Yes! We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed with a summary of all details. If your shipment is trackable, we will include the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If the shipment is tracked you may also recieve a shipping notification indicating it has transitioned from production to shipping.
  • When will I get my amazing gear?
    Shipping time is in addition to the time of production. Total shipping time depends on the destination and product, and can vary between 3-10 business days depending on the supply and demand
  • Who ships your awesome merchandise?
    Typically, local mail carriers are used most frequently. If your package includes tracking, you will be provided with a link that will direct you to the carrier's website.
  • Can I track my order?
    Some of our products are shipped with tracking but unfortunatly some are not. We will send you an email once your order ships and will include any information such as the tracking ID (if there is one) and instructions for how to follow it.
  • Opps! Can I cancel or change my order?
    To give you the best service, the moment your order is placed it is automatically sent to production, usually within a few minutes! This guarantees a fast delivery & efficient production times for you, but unfortunately leaves very little room to fix any errors. To prevent these issues please verify that your shipping & billing information is 100% correct (no missing unit numbers!) before you place your order with us. In the event that your shipping details are not accurate, your order may be undeliverable or may be sent to an incorrect address. Urban Proph3t is not responsible for any missing packages or lost items due to address issues. We are unable to offer any size changes, address changes or cancellation requests once your order has been placed. Do not fear though! We have a 100% happiness return policy.   • What can you expect from Urban Proph3t Clothing?
    Most of our clothing products are printed utilizing either a high-resolution heat press technique or high-resolution DTG printing with high quality inks to ensure a clean and stylish finish. From start to end, our products will undergo multiple checkpoints to ensure that you receive the correct product, high quality print, and a pleasant unboxing experience. All our products are shipped in self sealing poly-mailers with a internal UV protective coating, and sealed with a high-strength adhesive. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent resistant to punctures and tampering during shipments. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders may be packaged into a box.
  • How can I keep my UP merchandise looking good year round?
    For all our clothing products, we suggest either hand washing or using a cold and gentle cycle during washing. Products should then be allowed to air dry.
