• If you're not 100% happy with any of Urban Proph3ts products, you can send it back within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund.

• Products must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in the condition they arrived.

• The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be fully refunded once received.

• Urban Proph3t does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.

• Refunds onto Credit Cards can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds are received instantly.

• To return any product for its refund, please include in the package a copy of your order receipt showing your name and order number.
